SUMMARY:Children's Liturgy of the Word
DESCRIPTION:Children’s Liturgy of the Word (CLOW) starts on September 6 and 7!\nWe all know young children can have trouble sitting still during Mass.   \nAt CLOW\, held during our 4:30 pm Saturday Mass and on Sunday at our 9:00 am and 10:30 am Masses\, they can listen and ask questions while we discuss the readings and Gospel. It’s amazing to see them engage! \nThe priest will invite them to come forward after the Opening Prayer\, receive a blessing and head to the chapel with our catechist. \nThey’ll return right after the homily…giving you a chance to really listen\, too.  Children receive a take-home activity sheet which enhances the weekly lesson from the gospel. \nNo need to sign up! Just tell your children and grandchildren about CLOW and encourage them to join.  \nWould you like to learn more about becoming a CLOW catechist or aide? We’d love the help! Please email Kathy Saffron.

DESCRIPTION:Baby Bible Time with Caregiver & Me\n1st Friday and Saturday of the Month (October – May) | 10:00 am – 11:00 am | LC Fr. McGivney \nFor Children ages 0-4 and their caregivers.  Non-Parish members are welcome too. \nFridays – 10/03; 11/7; 12/5; 1/9; 2/6; 3/6; 4/3; 5/1\nSaturdays – 10/04; 11/1; 12/6; 1/3; 2/7; 3/7; 4/4; 5/2\nGod’s Word tells us in Proverbs to train up our children in the way of the Lord.  It is never to early to start teaching them God’s way.  Science tells us that from birth to (approximately) age six\, your child’s brain works like a sponge\, soaking up huge amounts of information from the environment.  Unlike other story times offered\, we will focus on Christian stories from the Bible\, Christian songs\, crafts\, and fellowship.
