DESCRIPTION:Centering Prayer\nEvery Tuesday\, beginning September 9th (except for holidays) | 4:00 – 5:30 pm | Pat’s Home* (very near the church) \n*Address will be sent after registration* \nIf you are searching for a prayerful time of silence with the Holy Spirit… \nIf you desire to deepen your relationship with God… \nIf you want to rest in the presence of the Holy Spirit without the need for words… \nPerhaps Center Prayer can offer you that silent\, prayerful time\, along with the method and discipline to build the desired relationship. \nThis method of silent prayer prepares us to receive the gift of contemplative prayer\, prayer in which we experience God’s presence within us\, closer than breathing\, closer than thinking\, closer than consciousness itself. This method of prayer is both a relationship with God and a discipline to foster that relationship. \nCenter prayer is not meant to replace other kinds of prayer\, but rather adds to the meaning of all prayer. The source of Centering Prayer is the indwelling Trinity. \nPat Romanovich will lead the sessions.
