House Rules:

1. Every player requires an admission receipt to claim prizes.
2. Players must have an admission receipt to purchase tear-open tickets.
3. A winning bingo pattern requires the last number called as part of the winning combination to
   claim prize.
4. A bingo game is closed at the caller’s discretion. Once the next game begins, the previous game is officially closed.
5. Monitors throughout the hall will transmit the next number to be called. This is a courtesy only. A number is not valid until it is verbally called by the caller.
6. No one under the age of 18 is permitted in the hall except for staff members. Saint Ambrose reserves the right to request an ID to confirm age.
7. Saint Ambrose reserves the right to make changes to games or rules when deemed necessary. All changes will be announced prior to the start of bingo.
8. Saint Ambrose reserves the right to modify payments on a given night if the attendance is compromised to due weather or other unforeseen events. This may include the cancellation of bingo either before or during the session.
9. No seats will be reserved, except for Neon Bingo or other special events. All seats are on a first-come, first-serve basis.
10. All tear-open tickets must be cashed in the same day as the session.
11. Bingo packages cannot be split between multiple players. Every player requires their own package and admission receipt.
12. In the case of multiple winners of any specific game or bonus prize, all winnings will be divided equally among the winners.
13. Any winnings on an instant ticket at or exceeding $600 or $1200 on a bingo game are subject to taxes by Ohio law. Winners exceeding these amounts will be required to fill out a tax form before receiving payment. A valid government approved ID will be required, including a driver’s license, Social Security card, or other government-issued ID. A Social Security number is mandated by the State.
14. Saint Ambrose reserves the right to ask any player to leave the hall if they are disrupting the game or being discourteous to volunteers.
15. No tips are permitted to be accepted by our volunteers. Our volunteers are here to serve you. All we ask in return is courtesy and that you have a good experience. We thank you for your participation and the support of our parish.
